My details
Your registration has been submitted. You can still update your details; the committee will see the changes.
Profile photo (optional)
Only you and the KENEWA committee can see it. It helps the committee recognise you, and it isn't printed on your membership card.
Profile photos are for members aged 18 and over.
A clear photo of your face, just you. Please don't upload photos of children.
My family
The welfare fund's cover is based on the family you register here: up to 1 spouse, 7 dependants and 7 siblings, plus your parents or a guardian nominated in a parent's place.
Payments
Pay now
Choose what you're paying for, then pay. PayID is the best way: free, instant and straight to the association.
The association's payment details are being set up. Please email the Treasurer at info@kenewa.org.
Stay safe: KENEWA will never ask you to pay a fee to "upgrade" PayID, and never asks you to send money to a personal account. PayID never emails you. Only pay to the details on this page.
Joining fees for welfare members
After you pay
- Use your reference (shown above) so the Treasurer can match your payment.
- The Treasurer checks the bank and records your payment, usually within a few days.
- It appears in Payment history below with a receipt, and you get a notification. For joining fees, your welfare member services unlock at the same time.
Paid but it hasn't shown after a week? Email the Treasurer at info@kenewa.org with the date, amount and reference.

Appeals
When a member's family faces a loss or a crisis, the committee opens an appeal. Every dollar goes to that family's appeal and is recorded separately. Members can see the total and how many have given, never who gave what.
Events and RSVP
Let us know if you're coming so we can plan food and space. You can change your answer any time. See all events.

Meetings
General meetings and the AGM. Tell us if you're coming, send an apology, or appoint another financial member as your proxy. AGM nominations close 14 days before the meeting.
Chama savings circle
Save together in the chama tradition. The committee runs each circle and records every contribution and payout. Chama money is your own savings, kept apart from the welfare fund: pay it only to the chama details shown here.
